We will coordinate with government agencies, organizations, and other professionals to effectively present your project to the appropriate decision-making bodies, including boards, commissions and councils. Examples of Land Use applications include Zoning and Shoreline Setback Variances, Change of Zone, State Land Use Boundary Amendments, Plan Approvals, Easements and Encroachments.

Our team can assist with various State and County processes to ensure your permits are obtained in a timely manner. Permits we specialize in include but are not limited to ​ Special Management Area Permits, Special Use Permits, and Conservation District Use Permits.

Our knowledgable staff can prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) or an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) according to Chapter 343 of the Hawaii Revised Statues (HRS). We will engage additional consultants such as archaeologists, cultural specialists, traffic engineers and civil engineers  to ensure that your project meets the necessary environmental regulations. 

We will coordinate and discuss your project with the appropriate government officials and prepare responses to agency comments to ensure that reasonable conditions are imposed.
