Land Planning Hawaii is assisting with planning and permitting relating to an 17-unit apartment building proposed to be built at 1373 Kalanianaole Ave. 100% of the project would be offered at affordable rental levels. As this property lies within the Special Management Area, an SMA Major application is being prepared for review by the Windward Planning Commission.
