Hawi Nani LLC is proposing to develop a 45 lot affordable housing subdivision near the intersection of Hawi Road and Akoni Pule Highway in Hawi. The project is envisioned as 44 lots of at least 10,000-square feet in area and one bulk remainder lot of approximately 18.7 acres. All of the residential lots would be sold at levels affordable to households earning 100% of Area Median Income.
